PARTICIPANTS WILL ALSO NEED THE STANDARDS OF TRAINING, CERTIFICATION AND WATCHKEEPERS FOR SEAFARERS (STCW) CERTIFICATION IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE CLASS "B" LICENSE.
