The Student Affairs Department is dedicated to inspiring, educating, and empowering students to achieve personal and academic excellence. We promote integrity, leadership, and a shared commitment to building a just and equitable society.

In alignment with the mission of the Bahamas Agriculture and Marine Science Institute (BAMSI), we collaborate with faculty and staff to help develop graduates who are articulate, thoughtful, and skilled in their chosen disciplines. We are committed to supporting students in cultivating a strong sense of identity—both as individuals and as engaged members of a diverse and dynamic community. Our work fosters the ability to thrive independently while contributing meaningfully to the collective success of others.

Student Affairs leads in shaping well-rounded BAMSI students by promoting leadership, responsible citizenship, environmental stewardship, and academic and personal success
