FAMU AND UF VISIT BAMSI TO STRENGTHEN RELATIONSHIPS
BAMSI North Andros campus and farm were overflowing today with visitors from the Florida Cooperative Extension, which is made up of the University of Florida (UF) and Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU). Executive Chairman of BAMSI Tyrone Fowler and BAMSI President Dr. Raveenia Roberts-Hanna met with the group to discuss development of extension services in the Bahamas and also accompanied them as they toured BAMSI's farm. Members of the visiting team included Dr. Norma Samuel, Central District Extension Director, Team Lead, UF and Vonda Richardson, Director/Associate Administrator, Cooperative Extension, FAMU.
